American Oak Whiskey enters the barrel at 120 Proof. We bottle it from the barrel so the nose, taste and finish are pure American Oak. It’s complex, full-bodied and surprisingly smooth. Enjoy our Barrel Proof the same way our Master Distiller does when he samples it straight from the barrel.

American oak Double Barrel
80 Proof Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Our Double Barrel Bourbon takes on an innovative approach. We age it twice. We place our charred American Oak barrels at the top of our rack house in Bolton Landing, in the heart of the Adirondacks. As the seasons change the flavors do too. The bourbon is left with a strong influence of smoke, oak, vanilla and spice.

Our used bourbon barrels have been utilized by several local maple syrup producers to create bourbon barrel aged maple syrup. Once complete, the maple saturated bourbon barrels are returned to the distillery for the production of American Oak Maple.
